SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only post to UK Residents.
All of our regular parcels are sent out 1st Class and our postage rate is fixed at £3.50. For those orders including a Wax Burner, shipping will cost £4.50 due to extra weight and size of parcel. We aim to post your order within 3-5 days of ordering but some orders may be delayed during our busier times.
Due to current circumstances, Royal Mail are experiencing delays in delivering orders so please allow up to 1 week for your order to arrive to contact us.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
At Real Sweet Aromas we have a 14-day return policy after receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Meaning unused, not damaged and in the original packaging. You will be required to send a photo and receipt/proof of purchase via email. We will then determine the best resolution of the issue as we take these matters seriously.
We do package each melt with care but please note they may get broken during transit - whilst this isn't ideal it will not effect the use or the scent throw.
Refunds
If you do not receive your melts due to being lost in the post, we will investigate this with Royal Mail and will then take necessary action of a refund or another parcel.
If you are returning your melts then we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and accept the refund to your account.
