MELT SAFETY INFORMATION
Instructions of use:
Wax Melts are scents pieces of wax without a wick. They can give off a scent when cold but are designed to be warmed using a Wax Warmer/Burner. A Wax Burner can be either electric or use a tealight.
You simply take your Wax Melts and pop them into the burner - if you are using our wax melts shapes you will need to pop them onto the burner either on their own or in pairs depending on the size. With the Snap Bars and Waffle Melts, you simply snap off the pieces and place the desired amount onto your burner. When using our Melt Pots, you will need to remove the wax from the plastic pot and break the melt into pieces.
When you are finished using your melts, you just turn off or remove the heat source and the wax will solidify until you are ready to use it again. When you are ready to use it again, just turn the warmer back on or light the tea light.
To remove the old wax, let it cool and re-harden, then warm it for around 1 minute so that the base melts and then slide it out of the burner. Give the surface of your burner a quick wipe and you are ready for the next one. Alternatively, you can add cotton wool to the melted wax and it will absorb it right up and then throw away accordingly. DO NOT pour down the sink as the wax will harden and cause a blockage.
