Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I change my Wax Melt?

Wait until the Wax cools down and hardens. You can pop a Tea Light into your Wax Burner, wait for a minute and then push the Wax Melt out. This should happen easily. Ensure you wipe any residue after.

What Tea Light should I use?

It is important to only use unscented, 2-4hr Tea Lights as this is the safest way!

Why do you use Soy Wax?

It's a natural, carbon neutral product so it doesn't have a negative impact on the environment. It's a renewable source unlike paraffin wax. Soy Wax burns 40-50% slower than paraffin wax, meaning longer lasting Wax Melts/Candles. Soy Wax is clean burning that doesn't release toxins and pollutants meaning it's less likely to trigger allergies.

Can I send the Wax Melts as a gift?

Of course! All of our Wax Melts are gift-wrapped, include pink tissue paper and we can write a gift note. Depending on size of the products, we usually send our Wax Melts in pink postal boxes that fit in the letterbox so you don't have to check if the gifted person is in.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to post your order within 3-5 days of you purchasing, however there may be delays when we are receiving higher numbers of orders.

What is CLP?

The CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling & Packaging) is a  regulation that standardises the warnings that have to be clearly visable on all wax products. Candles and wax melts fall within the CLP regulations, so if you sell candles, wax melts, reed diffusers or room sprays you must be CLP compliant. We ensure all of our Wax Melts/Candles are CLP compliant so you are aware of all chemicals/ingredients that are used in each product that could cause irritations or that could harm the environment.
